The Rinnai Rebate program is an optional rebate for customer purchasing Rinnai products. Rinnai will be incentivizing purchases at any Rinnai location in the United States.

All personal information is held strictly confidential and will not be shared with any parties outside of those facilitating this program.

Periodic e-mails will be sent to participants at the discretion of Rinnai. Participants cannot opt-out of e-mails pertaining to the rebate program but can unsubscribe to marketing materials. Participants can also opt-out of the Rinnai Rebate program at any time. Contact program management if you desire to opt-out of Rinnai Rebate. 

Rinnai Rebate are issued on a MasterCard® prepaid card. You may use MasterCard® prepaid card at millions of merchant locations, everywhere MasterCard® debit cards are accepted. Use this card at any ATM that displays the MasterCard® brand. ATM operator and/ or bank fees apply. Cardholders are responsible for reviewing and complying with the information provided with the card, including expiration dates and usage requirements.

There is no APR (annual percentage rate) for these cards because the balance cannot go below zero and thus no "credit" is needed.

You will receive your Rinnai Rebate card approximately 6-8 weeks after registration. You may access your real-time account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the number on the back of the card. 

Rinnai reserves the right to revoke the funds of any program participants who intentionally misuses the Rinnai Rebate program. No exceptions will be made to these rules.

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary to process their rebate. If a rebate remains pending for more than sixty (60) days because requested documentation or information is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or has not been provided by the participant, the rebate claim will be automatically denied without further notice. Rinnai reserves the right to reject any claim that is not resolved within this timeframe.

The program’s terms and conditions can change at any time at Rinnai’s discretion as Rinnai reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or this entire program at any time. All decisions and rulings made by Rinnai shall be final. All individuals participating in this program agree to abide by these decisions.
